Goshin Jutsu Karate is a practical art of self defense. The words Goshin Jutsu actually mean "art of self defense". This art generally is 60% hands and 40% feet. High kicks are rarely if ever used. In goshin you are taught how to use the many weapons you were born with, elbow, knees, head, etc. The weak points of your opponent are constantly targeted in this highly practical art.

Training includes many "waza" against punches and kicks, as well as Kata, night fighting, multiple attackers and knife fighting among others.
